What You Will Get To Do:

The Product Manager's primary aim is to support the Product Management function by overseeing ownership for all SS&C Bluedoor AU products and services, driving the evolution and execution of the Product Strategy across all deliverables, and defining the product and solutions functional capability model in line with industry and competitor standards. They are responsible for prioritizing the AU R&D roadmap, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, managing key client and partner relationships, and providing thought leadership to foster business transformation and operational improvements.

Lead Product Ownership for SS&C Bluedoor AU, ensuring alignment across all client implementations.Drive Product Strategy, overseeing R&D, inception, delivery, and customer care to ensure continuous evolution and innovation.Define & refine the Bluedoor platform AU Functional Capability Model, assessing its current state, future vision, and competitive positioning.Develop & prioritize the AU R&D roadmap, ensuring market relevance and regulatory compliance.Ensure product compliance with current and future AU regulatory obligations.Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, identifying gaps and prioritizing enhancements for the product suite.Develop business cases & product specifications for new features and services tailored to the AU market.Maintain and evolve the Product Roadmap, managing interdependencies and aligning with global developments.Act as a key contact for partners, clients, and internal teams, addressing product challenges and long-term strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to assess feasibility, limitations, and the strategic approach for new developments (e.g., build, buy, integrate).Support Sales & Client Engagement, ensuring accurate product representation and assisting prospective clients in defining their Target Operating Model.Review and approve Solution Requirements Documents to ensure alignment with product direction and strategic goals.Represent SS&C Bluedoor in industry forums, establishing thought leadership and expertise.Provide thought leadership and innovation, driving real business transformation for clients.Manage key stakeholder relationships, enhancing Product Strategy, operational improvements, and roadmap execution.

What You Will Bring:

Deep expertise in the AU financial services and wealth management industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.Proven experience in Software Development and/or Product Management, driving successful product outcomes.Hands-on experience in Product Development within an iterative/agile environment, ensuring continuous innovation.Strong ability to analyze market research and industry trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.Expert in analysis skills, including design definition, solution evaluation, and market analysis to drive informed decision-making.Excellent stakeholder management skills, confidently engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, navigating complex challenges with clarity.Clear and effective communication of product requirements, ensuring alignment on expected outcomes.
