Product Manager

Drive growth and innovation for Gallup products.

Join Gallup’s new CTO in shaping the future of a nearly century-old global brand. As a product manager, you’ll play a key role in defining Gallup’s technology vision, developing product features, and building product management functions and processes from the ground up. From conception to design, prototyping, release, marketing and performance analysis, you’ll oversee each stage of the process for your product.

You’ll stand out if you have experience in:

Integrating new products into organizations Mastering modern product management methodologies and iterative processes Implementing customer-centric design processes, building prototypes and guiding engineers Overseeing the entire shipping process and sourcing feedback from key stakeholders, including customers Influencing leaders, managers and associates to get buy-in, drive initiatives and propel productivity Solving complex challenges that are unique to enterprise clients

What you’ll do:

Launch a product’s new functionality or improvements to users Analyze customer metrics, define minimum viable product scope and evaluate feature feasibility Manage project timelines, resources, budget and progress to ensure efficient and effective product releases Partner with technology leaders, internal teams and third-party vendors to prioritize customer needs Deliver successful customer experiences and measurable business impact Communicate product evolution to executives, internal teams and customers Conduct market and competitor analyses and develop long-term growth strategies for Gallup products

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required At least three years of product management experience required, including leading initiatives throughout the product life cycle, from concept to launch At least one year of external enterprise software experience required; experience with human resources software preferred Experience contributing to a digital transformation preferred Experience doing UX/UI design or coding preferred Exposure to large, complex software solutions preferred Availability to work on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days a week  Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $100,000-$135,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience, skills and geographic location.
