Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager for one of Canada's largest athleisure companies. This individual must have experience with case management, upkeep and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud and specialize in the AI and automation components. You will be managing the four walls inside of Salesforce and working in cross functional teams. You must also deliver on tactical tasks such as sprint back log, quarterly plans, agile ceremonies, road maps, demos, stand ups and more. The ideal candidate will have the qualifications below.
