Product Manager
Location: Warsaw or Kraków

What Will You Do?
Build and expand relationships with existing customers and partners, uncovering new opportunities within established accounts.
Addressing business challenges and driving customer satisfaction through supply chain and value-added services.
Leverage experience in technical or engineering environments with a strong knowledge of pricing models in the electronics industry to manage vendor and customer interactions.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, lead internal and customer-facing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and uncover new sales opportunities.
Promote Arrow’s value-added services, supply chain solutions, and full life cycle programs, utilizing proficiency in Salesforce.com and Oracle to manage sales tracking and supplier relationships.
Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable earnings tied to sales-related goals
Leverage experience in giving presentations for end customers or resellers
What Are We Looking For?
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or business development, with a focus on account growth.
Microsoft Azure/Modern Work is a must.
Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.
