Responsible for leading end-to-end product innovation processes from ideation through product/feature launch. Accountable for supporting growing revenue, increasing operational efficiency, defining roadmaps and executing implementation plans to get the right service, to the right customer, at the right price, time, quality, cost and complexity.

A thought leader across Data & AI, with a deep understanding of how it can be used to provide real value to customers, solving their problems and excelling on experience. Translates ideas into product concepts and defines business requirements. Maintains proven track record of successful business cases, working closely across the Product Management teams to articulate value across product suite. Will use data driven decision making to drive commercial outcomes and delight customers and accountants across the product range. Primary focus is product management ownership for the Copilot Factory Framework.
