About the Job:

The Product Manager has management responsibilities for two key product lines critical to MicroAire’s success: SmartRelease ECTR and Endotine. SmartRelease is the leading system for minimally invasive surgical treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Endotine is a bioabsorbable implant that uses unique multipoint fixation technology to provide superior results for endoscopic brow lifts. This role is responsible for supporting these product lines through the entire product lifecycle, including innovation development, portfolio optimization, and product discontinuation.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence

Monitors category and product line trends to develop insights and make recommendations for SKU additions or discontinuations and product price changes

Develops and maintains voice of customer (VOC) research to identify market opportunities and guide Innovation Team’s initial new product development efforts.

Innovation & Regulatory Support

Supports Innovation Team efforts to commercialize new products by providing comprehensive understanding of customer needs

Leads demand forecasting, pricing, and financial impact estimates for new products

Responsible for procedure-related portions of IFUs, Sterilization & Cleaning, Surgical Technique Guides, and other product documents following launch; supports Regulatory efforts, including PRR, CER, and PMCF

Marketing & Sales Support

Develops strategy and plan for development of sales and marketing initiatives, including product literature, website content, trade shows, and limited-time promotions

Partners with Clinical Education, Marketing, and Sales team members to promote innovation and current products to prospective customers

Optimizes value communication of existing products to customers and sales agents/distributors through comprehensive understanding of user needs and product features/benefits

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field required

Experience: 3 years or more product management experience is required; Medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute product management marketing plans that align with business goals and market opportunities.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with stakeholders. Sensitivity to cultural differences.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitive dynamics to support informed decisions.
