**Product Manager** **Location:** This role offers the flexibility of being home-based for qualified candidates in the United States. **Position Summary:** We are looking for a highly motivated and very knowledgeable Product Manager for our Telecommunication Industry software products. Bentley has very robust software technology which serves multiple clients in multiple regions with many end-users. We are still enhancing those products to adapt to the new technologies, like Digital Twins, and continue solving our users’ day-to-day problems. The Product Manager will be part of Bentley’s Product Advancement organization. This group is leading organization to drive the future of the Bentley products and the adaptation of our users to these new technologies and new capabilities. Therefore, we would like to work with candidates who have good knowledge about the Telecommunication Industry, users and other vendors and competitive products. We would prefer if a candidate already had a good knowledge about the Bentley OpenComms brand products and be able to talk about them in front of the clients and be able to review and understand the user's technical requirements. **Your day-to day job:** - Work closely with the development team to understand the current state of the product and guide them on strategic perspective, - Translate the business needs in technical requirements, document and prioritize them, - Create business strategy for the Telecommunication industry - Generate Season plans and roadmaps for the products including the development tasks and enhancements - Manage the communication between users and development team, and be liaison in cross-functional initiatives inside Bentley - Continue monitoring the market and work closely with marketing team **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree - Strong background on the Telecommunication Industry - 5+ years of experience on technical sales and/or services organization - Experience on the cross-regional work environment - Experience in analysis and data driven approach - Ability to travel up to 10%. - Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ). **What you bring to the team:** - Clear and friendly communicator to drive positive work environment - Strategic thinker - Confident in global industry and multinational organizations - Cooperative team player with good interpersonal skills **About Bentley Systems** Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the _infrastructure engineering software_ company.
