We’re looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead one of our journey teams in analyzing user needs, identifying high-impact opportunities, and driving results that move the needle. What You’ll Do: + Champion the voice of the customer and stakeholders through clear, effective communication. + Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. + Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership. + Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. + Develop product requirements that drive dynamic, incremental outcomes. + Use data to evaluate product performance and inform future enhancements. + Monitor trends and behaviors in the market to keep our products ahead of the curve. + Measure success using both qualitative and quantitative methods. What You Bring: + 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce or digital environments. + Strong understanding of Agile principles and Design Thinking (certifications a plus). + 3–5+ years of prior experience in business intelligence, analysis, engineering, or marketing. + Proven track record of using data to solve business problems and improve outcomes. + Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. + Strong sense of urgency and ownership; you make things happen. Education & Certifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred. + Professional certifications in Agile and/or Design Thinking are a plus.
