Location: Orlando, FloridaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $80 - 84 per hourWe're seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to join our Entertainment Client's team and drive the future of guest experiences at their park and resort locations. As a Product Manager you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions that redefine the guest journey.Responsibilities: Shape the Future: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our online booking platforms, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Lead with Clarity: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories, fostering collaboration and understanding across cross-functional teams. Measure Success: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement. Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Prioritize Effectively: Balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions to ensure the delivery of high-impact features and enhancements. Drive Excellence: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Anticipate Challenges: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Be a Product Champion: Serve as a passionate advocate for your product, communicating its value and benefits to internal and external stakeholders. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related ?eld. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products. Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Experience working in an agile development environment.  Skills: Experience with back-end systems and APIs. Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Understanding of design principles and user experience best practices. Familiarity with DevOps and test automation.
