In this role you will work as a member of the Global Digital Product team. You will ensure that Western Union has best-in-class user authentication capabilities, which will enable our customers to both pay how they want as well as receive funds how they want. You will own and set the strategy for your product line and be accountable for execution upon that strategy.
Role Responsibilities
Role Requirements
Previous working experience as a Product Manager 4+ years (Financial Services a plus). Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies with excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with teams in different locations. Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong business writing, numerical analysis, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Get things done attitude; with self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines. Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences. Ability to break down complex experiences into simple documents, stories, and flows. Experience in developing user flows and collaboration Diagrams. Experience with customer research and usability testing methodologies. Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies.
