International’s Aftersales Product team is strong and growing to match the pace of opportunity, and the Product Manager – Cab, Frame, Seats and Exhaust will be essential to that growth. Reporting to International’s Director of Product Management, this role will be responsible for the deliverables outlined below.
This position will be based in Lisle, Illinois with hybrid work (2 days per week remote). This role requires up to 35% travel.
In this role, you will analyze market trends through dealer performance metrics for International’s Aftermarket Parts segments: Cab, Frame, Seats and Exhaust, along with supporting Navistar’s private label aftermarket brand in these categories. This position is accountable for development and execution of product marketing plans to achieve incremental, profitable growth through collaboration with dealer and fleet sales teams.,
You will identify opportunities for growing existing categories and recommend new product introduction opportunities. Your work will require project management experience and collaboration with several internal teams including procurement, sales, dealer operations, marketing, and distribution. You will oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs as well as establish pricing strategies.
