What you will be doing:
Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics & trends and assess product positioning, recommending on areas of strategic focus.Gather customer insights and articulate value propositions tailored to different audiences.Maintain customer engagement and deeply understand customer needs to enhance product features and satisfaction.Implement pricing strategies aligned with market data and brand positioning.Collaborate with stakeholders in the development of strategic marketing plans, product launch strategies, and annual plans for your product portfolio.Apply clinical knowledge in combination with technical knowledge to educate and articulate value.Work closely with sales training/sales enablement to set the sales training strategy for the product or portfolio.Set clear marketing objectives tied to customer acquisition, retention, and business outcomes.Accurately forecast resources, participate in budgeting, and justify major expenses.Perform needs-based segmentation to refine target audience insights and positioning.Lead the development of value propositions that align with customer beliefs and brand goals.Apply brand stewardship principles to align product strategies with core competencies.Link evidence generation efforts to specific value proposition elements and key stakeholders.Develop volume forecasts grounded in market insights, addressing risks and uncertainties.Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage product orders, inventory, and delivery timelines.Measure and review effectiveness through post-launch analyses, setting improvement goals and tracking metrics.Who are we looking for:
Bachelor’s degree requiredAt least 5 years of work experience in Sales or Marketing required2+ years of relevant experience in medical device industry is highly preferredExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Travel Percentage: None
