Peacock is looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Marketing Supply Chain capabilities. This role will lead all initiative outside of the creative workflow such as but not limited to projects that work with performance marketing, earned media, talent relationship and other resource planning initiatives as called upon. This candidate will be responsible for owning cross-functional communication as well as leading the delivery of requests by gathering requirements, facilitating business cases, supporting architecture design, and prioritizing initiatives that ladder into the team roadmap. This role reports to the Marketing Technology Director.

A successful candidate will have a blended background including experience with both the technical integration and strategic application sides of marketing. They will be detail-oriented and well-organized; a leader who successfully works across multiple stakeholders to take ambiguous needs and flesh them out with details and structure. 

Candidate must have strong knowledge of the global Marketing Technology space with a deep perspective on ideal architecture, tool selection, and marketing supply chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee marketing product enhancements that fall outside the creative layer, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes managing engineers’ timelines, gathering requirements, completing documentation, and prioritizing the project roadmap.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams both inside the Peacock Marketing organization and across the wider NBCU ecosystem as it pertains to product enhancements.Work with other MarTech product managers to find opportunities for cross-platform enhancements Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with stakeholders & engineering resources to quantitatively inform marketing strategies and project decisions. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing efforts. Ensure projects ladder into appropriate MarTech OKRs.Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives. Lead biweekly backlog reviews and facilitate prioritization discussions.Agile Practices:Documentation: Create and maintain documentation as it pertains to projectsPRDs: Write and develop Product Requirements Documents on a per project basis.Discovery Meetings: Host and lead discovery meetings to ensure timelines and tasks can be properly assigned to the larger project.UAT: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features or platforms; obtain sign-off from primary stakeholder and confirm with tech, prior to launch 

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on performance marketing.Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices.Proficiency in software and tools such as Airtable, Jira, Workfront or similar project management software, and marketing analytics platforms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 (bonus & long-term incentive eligible)
