We are looking for a Product Manager for Joint Replacement to oversee the preparation and execution of marketing plans for launching and promoting assigned product lines in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include developing marketing materials, planning promotional activities, providing training and support to the sales force, monitoring market trends, and enhancing market intelligence. The role also involves maintaining customer contacts to follow up on promotional efforts effectively.
What you will do:
Prepare and execute marketing plans in relation to the launch and the promotion of the product lines within responsible territory
Develop marketing materials, plan promotional activities, work closely with sales team and regional/global marketing to ensure these tools are both effective in supporting sales
Provide training and support to the sales force, monitor trends and improve market intelligence
Maintain contacts with customers to follow up promotion efforts
Develop technical expertise with respect to specified product area. This includes product knowledge, sales volume and trends, cost and margin information as well as key customer demands and needs
Actively organize and participate to local/regional promotional and educational events
Produce and develop key marketing tools to support the market plan initiatives
Provide input into and assistance with market research as and when required, monitor and communicate market research requirements to back up marketing planning and promotional activities
Provide input into and share actively in customer feedback surveys
Provide insight for main competitor activities within the territory
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant Marketing/ Product Management experience in medical devices, in Joint Replacement
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to established timelines
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to communicate/present to large groups
Travel Percentage: 40%
