Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Senior Manager to join our team. You will work on creating products and implementation of programs from ground up while taking a customer backwards approach. This unique role will focus on solutions to unlock value propositions for our customers leveraging Japan Consumer Innovation and Supply Chain technology teams. This includes but doesn’t limit to programs related to delivery experience and cost to serve, improving demand consolidation, shipment experience and inventory placement to shorten distance of our inventory to customers. This is a Senior Role with a complex range of programs and projects active simultaneously. The role also carries a lot of ambiguity and you should be able to prioritize and deliver programs in a constraint environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Work backward from customer’s needs/pain points and translate them into business requirements
- Prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap. Create buy-in for the vision both internally and with key external partners
- Define and deliver important programs with broad cross-functional and cross-organizational business impact
- Lead the design of the solution, implementation, and delivery of a highly complicated cross-functional project
- Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions
- Invent, evolve, improve, and simplify processes and technology requirements (when appropriate).
- Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan
- Be accountable in business performance reviews with senior leaders to identify and deliver necessary
