Product Manager, AI Analytics, Marketing Engineering
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. + 2 years of experience with predictive AI technology. + Experience with experimental design and measurement methodologies. + Experience working with first-party data in a privacy-sensitive environment. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in a technology or business related field. + 2 years of experience in software development or engineering. + 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. + 2 years of experience with marketing technology platforms and understanding of digital marketing strategies. + 1 year of experience with GenAI technology. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. We are the Marketing Engineering team within Corporate Engineering at Google, delivering innovations that enable Google Marketers to reach billions of users daily. This opportunity requires an experienced Product Manager to accelerate our strategy to develop AI and predictive analytics capabilities to transform Google's marketing efforts. It will be central to enhancing our marketing effectiveness through the development and scaling of privacy-safe propensity models, uplift models, and other advanced investigative techniques. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, marketing stakeholders, and leadership to define and deliver solutions that leverage Google's vast data resources to help create and measure effective marketing campaigns. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Define and own the product and strategy for data science and AI predictive analytics capabilities within our internal marketing intelligence platform. + Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on an understanding of user requirements, market opportunities, technical feasibility, and business value. + Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to define model requirements, identify relevant data sources, design and build privacy-safe predictive models (including propensity and uplift models), and ensure their effective integration into our marketing platforms. Work with privacy teams to ensure privacy-safe solutions. + Work with marketing stakeholders to understand their goal and measurement needs, translate those needs into actionable product requirements, and drive adoption of our AI-powered solutions. + Communicate product , strategy, and progress effectively to a variety of audiences, including executive leadership, engineering teams, marketing stakeholders, and partner teams.
