Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.The work model for the role is: #LI- Onsite.This role is contributing to the in Electrification Business. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tImplementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.•\tAchieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.•\tFocusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).•\tExecuting annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.•\tDeveloping business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.•\tProducts Knowledge on LV switchgear, Certified switchgear, Thorough knowledge of 61439.•\tMarket overall view of the switchboard. •\tCompetitor benchmarking.•\tWorking on marketing collaterals.•\tShould have good technical knowledge about LV switchgear and in particular to IEC 61439.•\tKnow how about the market and customer needs.
Qualifications for the role\tB.tech/BE in electricals & electronics..\tShall have minimum of 5-8 year of experience.\tKnowledge of Low voltage switchgear market is must.\tShall handle or part of team who work on strategy on business or customer acquisition.\tHave eagerness to meet customer and drive the business strategy.\tWilling to travel and meet new customer.
