As a Product Manager Intern, you will define product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market, while identifying short-and long-term investment opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, and driving the product roadmap. You will build consensus on product strategy, define features, vision and goals for a specific product(s) or set of features. This opportunity will allow you to develop and execute strategies to enable in-product organic growth and focus on central, cross-functional leadership of a product. Please have in mind that due to the type of agreement that will be executed, as well as the type of jobs that will be conducted, **only applicants that have Serbian citizenship, i.e. do not need to apply for residence and work permit, will be considered.** **Please note that this is a part-time position. You will be engaged 6 hours per day for 4 months.** **Starte Date: March, 2024** **Responsibilities** + Work with other program (product) managers, engineering leaders, partners, and customers to help define software solutions that reach 1B+ customers globally - including Azure, Office and many others Microsoft businesses. + Partner with engineering teams to define clear goals on what we want to achieve next in our products and understand how long it’ll take us to get there – all while making smart choices to drive value faster. + Measure the outcome; identify areas for improvement and continued future investment. + Help drive clarity in an otherwise complicated ecosystem with many moving parts. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field + Passed the exams from the first semester + Must have at least one semester, quarter, or term of school to complete after finishing student worker program + You have an interest in building digital products and learning how to use technology to disrupt the workplace + You’re intensely curious, always asking “but how” and “why” + You are a solid communicator, and feel comfortable helping drive alignment with engineers, partners, and stakeholders + You operate collaboratively – delivery means everyone is successful, and you help your teams get there + You must be legally authorised to work in Serbia to be eligible for this role.
