Your job

After an onboarding phase, you will actively drive the global growth strategy for the SICAM portfolio, focusing primarily on software productsYou will achieve market share growth by maximizing customer benefits, optimally positioning products, and ensuring USPsYou will proactively drive the push of the SICAM 8 Power Automation Platform through sales organizations & business developmentTogether with the experienced Marketing & Promotion team, you will help prepare training concepts and necessary content for the SICAM portfolioAs an interface between our customers and R&D, and through the evaluation of customer needs, you will provide valuable input for further product development

Your profile

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar field is desirableYou possess strong entrepreneurial thinking, can motivate colleagues across organizational boundaries, and ideally have initial professional experience in the energy supply industryYou are creative, reliable, have a strong affinity for sales activities, and are interested in cyber security, digitalization, software solutions & communication technologiesWillingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)Basic German language skills, excellent English skills (additional foreign languages are advantageous)

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry for this position is at least EUR 59.015,46 (fulltime-based).
