This position will play a pivotal role in driving product deployment and technical integration for our vehicle logistics tooling globally. This includes management of a large and diverse team to execute on these activities throughout a complex business stakeholder landscape. 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in SaaS product deployment Strong understanding of TMS (Transportation Management) and CMS (Compound Management) system capabilities Understanding of business processes across logistics functional area; planning, exectuion, and payment Ability to deliver using agile processes, improving system of delivery of large team Leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus Develop and execute a product strategy for the Global Vehicle Distribustion System Lead and manage a team of cloud engineers, product/project managers, and testing specialists Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Drive test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of regression testing processes Establish and maintain best practices for vendor solution for global implementation Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation Collaborate with external vendors effectively to drive results for the business stakeholder needs
