Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Working closely with development teams to ensure that the product design. Analyzing the technical package and assess the feasibility. Contributing to development of the manufacturing process. Leading the Trim developing of new products. Create and verify BOMs. And ensure the BOM audit. Manage and monitor technical documents for different products. Testing products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. Developing and testing technical solutions, such as simulation, modeling, optimization, statistical analysis Contributing to PFMEA activities. Ensure and provide the necessary training to operational staff following product level changes. Develop and submit the PPAP documentation related to the product. Monitoring the process performance and implementing the improvements to meet objectives Troubleshooting problems associated with the product and method. Establishing procedures and individuals working instruction complying with the health and safety standards. Providing training and support to the staff about the new product, and best practices.

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

Master's Degree in Industrials, mechanical or electromechanical engineering. Proficiency in using various software and tools, such as PLM, ERP. Team spirit A strong sense of responsibility Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
