We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Engineer - Liquidity

Principal responsibilities

Assisting global product leads in the development of Liquidity proposition strategy and the execution of strategic initiatives in support of product strategy. Supporting development of product enhancement and innovation to create new revenue streams based on client demand and approved investment budget.Contributing to establishing global standards, proposition consistency and implementation of best practices. Assisting with managing product governance cycle and establishing processes and framework to ensure effective control of risks. Building a strong network and working relationships with key stakeholders including IT and Operations. Supporting regional/local initiatives and contributing towards meeting the respective objectives.Developing product collaterals and establishing strong product library to ensure product know-how is effectively shared.Acquiring understanding of market trends and competitors’ offering. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to connect with stakeholders across geographies.Ability to advise stakeholders regarding process improvement initiatives. Ability to present complex solutions in clear and concise language.

Experience in implementing large scale product development project. Familiarity with product governance and project management disciplines.Working knowledge of corporate treasury management processes particularly around cash and liquidity management; relevant certification is a plus.Understanding of relevant regulatory environment and impact on Liquidity services. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.The job holder must be proactive, able to comprehend, evaluate and offer clear, timely and reliable analysis and recommendations to directors and above, and communicate this effectively; an ability to develop a global network, build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels is required for success.Capability to balance shifting priorities over multiple work-strands and working under tight time pressure is important. A strong commercial acumen and product management experience including product commercialisation and governance, or risk is imperative.
