Current Product Maintenance (CPM) Engineer is a key position to keep improving product integrity and Net Promoter Score. He or She will be responsible to develop solutions for field support on Tractors manufactured by the site, using problem solving and design tools such as 8D, DFMEA, DVP&R, FTA, DFMA and etc. Developing and implementation of product improvements as requested by Supply Chain Departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics) and deviation analysis and definition. He or She also will work on Product Cost Optimization (PCO), being responsible to generate cost effective ideas and implement them. To do so, he or she will design and release 3D models, 2D drawings, prepare specifications, define and plan prototype builds and tests, either Virtual, Lab and/or Field, of parts, systems and vehicle levels.
**Your Impact**
+ Responsible to develop new systems, components and integration and cost reduction initiatives for tractor platforms.
+ Assure technical quality as accomplish projects timeline under the budget targets. Keep interfaces with customer, manufacturing, quality, sales, after sales and marketing departments.
+ Release and review 3D models designs as 2D drawings. Prepare production release documentation, support prototype acquisition and prototype assembly.
+ Keep Products BOM updated. Define and support Virtual, Lab and Field Tests of parts, systems and vehicle levels.
+ Prepare reports and progress updates. Perform research on various issues and generate the necessary knowledge base for the organization.
+ Take suitable actions in response to the queries, suggestions and complaints of internal and external customers.
**Your Experiences and Qualifications**
+ Complete Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
+ Advanced English language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively.
+ Solid experience on Product Development or Quality Engineering. Knowledge of Agricultural Machinery is a differential.
+ Knowledge in CAD (3D, 2D) as an intermediate user; BOM development and management, Quality System ISO9000 or similar.
