(based on role requirement) Job Summary: • A leading manufacturer of decorative high-end plumbing fixtures is seeking a Product Engineer. Product design improvement and development are critical to Brasstech’s success in this fast- paced and highly competitive market. The Product Engineer will assume responsibility for ensuring that the engineering specifications for existing and newly introduced products are maintained and/or revised to meet our evolving sourcing and manufacturing strategies. This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to provide mechanical design solutions • Responsible for creating and developing functional products • Provide detailed manufacturing drawings, sub-assemblies, and assemblies • Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T • Prepare all necessary design documentation for production release Must have key skills: • Must have good English speaking and written skills. • Min 2 years relevant experience of product engineering • Minimum of 2,000 hours of CREO with thorough knowledge of surfacing, family tables, and Intralink Environment • Demonstrate analytical aptitude • Ability to work independently. • Ability to identify and correct design issues. • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Good understanding of manufacturing process Other Skills: • Must demonstrate effective skills in problem-solving, continuous improvement, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Education, Experience, and other requirements: • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering.
