Job Responsibilities Provide product characterization testing design support for new product development. Manage all requests for special/custom testing requirements outside of standard production testing, utilizing setups to evaluate product performance. Provide technical support to projects and DOEs aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive product development projects and enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements, create detailed specifications, analyze performance data, generate comprehensive test reports, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Job Requirements Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) or related field. Minimum 1-3 years working experience in test environment. Hands-on experience troubleshooting issues during product development. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Fast learner with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
