We're hiring a Product Development Engineer Intern to join our team at the Marvin Composites plant in Fargo, ND. At Marvin Composites we manufacture composite fiberglass window frame materials.

As a Product Development Engineer Intern, you will gain experience using CREO, 3D printers, and contribute to design innovation projects. Explore innovative tooling, understanding performance through Finite Element Analysis, and actively participate in new product trials as part of our unique manufacturing process. This role offers a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth in the realms of design and innovation!

This is a paid internship. It is full-time during the summer and part-time with a flexible schedule during the school year. We’re looking for candidates available to work year-round, balancing their academic schedules and professional growth.

Highlights of your role Design cutting-edge toolingUnderstand tooling performance through Finite Element Analysis (FEA)Develop detailed tooling drawingsOperate 3D printers, ensuring accuracy and collaborating with the team to achieve successful outcomesSupport new product trials and verification You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Also want to make sure you have Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree, Sophomore or Junior status preferredCompletion of Creo class and/or experience working with Creo is required We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
