Our client, a materials building manufacturer is seeking a Product Development Engineering Manager to join their team. As a Product Development Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Product Development team. This is a unique opportunity to not only develop innovative products but also lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive project success. **Job Title: Product Development Engineering Manager** **Location: Medford, WI 54451** **Pay Range: $100k-$130K/year** **What’s the Job?** + **Lead** and contribute to design and development activities within project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. + **Mentor and develop** junior engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance, training, and career development opportunities. + **Stay ahead of industry trends** by researching emerging technologies, materials, and best practices from sources including technical literature, suppliers, and patents. + **Creation** of 2D and 3D engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring design accuracy and manufacturability. + Must be onsite in Medford, WI **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. + Minimum 7 years of experience with drafting, design principles, and product development. + Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive project success. + Experience with product commercialization processes. + Building materials industry experience ****Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder** ****Ability to provide relocation** If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
