Customer Change Request for Application Projects

Evaluation of internal & external customer change requestsCoordinating design change requests with centeral development departments in order to analyze feasibilityStructuring design Change request in the systemCREO 4.0 (CAD) & PDM usage to generalize the design changes of application drawings,assembly drawings,raw material & finished part drawings

Customer Claims & Design Improvement

Analyzing customer reclamations from technical & design perspectiveExecuting technical & design analysis with engineering infrastructure & knowledge such as ergonomi,mechanical,material,engineering calculation methods etc.Coordinating design solutions for customer reclamations with centeral development departments in order to analyze feasibility CREO 4.0 (CAD) & PDM usage to generalize the design changes of application drawings,assembly drawings,raw material & finished part drawingsEnsuring the usage of Know-How in  individual customer projectsEvaluation of alternative design options,coordinating continues design improvement tasks with centeral development departmentsRevise existing design based on existing manufacturingTechnicial and design support for localization projects

QualificationsBSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering /  Metallurgical & Materials EngineeringCAD: deep knowledge/experienceCreoSAP: good knowledgeLanguage: English fluentHydraulic knowledge / Mechanic knowledge / tribology knowledge / material (steel,cast) knowledge Knowledge of geometrical tolerance analysisWorking (2-3 years experience) in similar possition and/or educational experience in hydraulic technologiesDemonstrated ability to work independently with engineering and technical matters, lead others and take responsibility to resolve problems that may influence the delivery of service in a timely and accurate manner.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.Ability to manage one's own time, set priorities, plan, monitor and organize work in order to meet specific time frames and allocated tasks within the roleExperience with problem solving methods
