We’re seeking a diligent, detail-driven professional to provide vital expertise in support of our manufacturing processes. Review incoming warranty claims data on a daily basis, review customer and dealership comments, bin claims into proper binning categories, contact dealership/s for parts and repair diagnoses, participate in customer call back to ensure proper understanding of customer feedback, review returned parts for root cause analyses and develop Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering. 1+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.Even better, you may have...
Six-Sigma Training (Black Belt or Green Belt Certification). Ability in work in a fast-paced environment to support quick decision making. Familiarity with CAD systems. Support assembly plant with Stop Ships/Stop Builds, Campaigns, Audits, Root Cause Analysis and other Quality related tasks. Lead engineering commodity changes for future minor product launches and lead cost reduction actions in current production vehicles. Support Variability Reduction Team (VRT) for specific subsystems and work closely with Supplier partners for subsystem components to address quality concerns
