Oversee the complete development process including conducting product research, identify existing and new on-trend products in the market, re-engineer products to optimise quality and cost efficiency, oversee the entire product sampling process, develop and build ranges to suit customer needs and present ranges to customers.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field Previous experience in merchandising, or supply chain management in the textile or manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality standards Strong organizational and time management skills
