Our story officially began back in 2008, when the team at Cotton On Group saw a chance to take their apparel know-how one step further, helping Cotton On Womenswear and Cotton On Body customers complete their look, head to toe. The team put their fashion-cred and footwear addiction to work, to create a complementary range of shoes and accessories and opened stores dedicated to just that.

ABOUT THE ROLE     

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Rubi team on a MAT leave contract as a Product Developer Assistant in the Dwell and Beauty space.  As the pivotal link between the buyer and the supplier, you will be responsible for sending accurate information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring Production is completed in a timely manner. Your key areas of focus will be style production, managing production and shipping schedules, approving lab dips, trims, strikes offs and bulk fabrics, garment measurements and fittings, sample coordination and technical drawings for our products. If you are someone who loves developing ethical products that make a difference to the lives of others, then this could be your new role.

MAT Leave Contract until 26/06/2026

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion, Textiles, Production Basic knowledge of product specifications, garment construction and measurement, composition, fabrics and fiber knowledge. Understanding of Woven construction and fabrication is highly regarded Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator.  A high level of accuracy and attention to detail together with ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines
