In this role you will:

•    Apply specific development expertise and use judgement / assessment on new ideas for application as part of Enterprise Markets regional innovation execution across the open diaper pant processes
•    Influence the Enterprise Markets team’s development plans and consistently nurture innovation & solution delivery to meet business objectives
•    Actively discover and unfold commercially viable development opportunities within the Research & Developemnt organization using strong technical curiosity. 
•    Leads the adoption of best practices across regional team
•    Ability to summarize solutions that are easily understandable to non-technical business leaders 
•    Ensures all work complies with corporate safety, quality, regulatory, product safety and sustainability requirements
•    Document and report work as required by Kimberly Clark Research & Engineering (R&E) policy and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Main requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree a related engineering field. 

5+ years of experience in a Product / Material Development / Engineering role.

Working with people of diverse cultural background

Spanish and English (required) Portuguese (desired)

Ability to effectively collaborate across regions, functions and departments.

Ability to communicate with regions by accommodating time zone challenges.

Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
