Job Summary:
As a Product Design Analyst within our Global Private Bank Design Team, you will create exceptional digital products, using your hands-on design skills, ensuring a user-centric approach that delivers simple, engaging, and innovative experiences. You will partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to bring new ideas to life.
Job Responsibilities :
Design user-focused and innovative products and services of all kinds, including data-driven solutions for internal platforms and users. Assist the delivery of appropriate design artifacts spanning all project phases, from concept development and design to production documentation and specs. Possess an understanding of what makes an experience good or bad, be able to think through user problems, find and prototype solutions. Develop critical thinking through iteration and design review. Achieve project goals and metrics at and after launch. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with JPMC standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Online portfolio demonstrating superior product design experiences. 2+ years of digital product design experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles. Degree in interaction / product design, or a related field. Familiarity with using Figma and other industry-standard design tools. Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (e.g., W3C's WCAG 2.2). Experience testing prototypes and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Understanding of front-end technologies. Experience in usability testing and research. Ability to adapt and change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus.
