The Dialpad Design team is seeking an intern to join our team this summer. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and grow alongside design leaders and industry experts in an AI-powered technology company. You’ll be exposed to multiple teams within our Connect and Support design groups. Your contributions will impact the Dialpad team and influence real-world projects for our customers. Come collaborate with world-class designers on the Dialpad Design team while gaining valuable experience to fast-track your careers.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two (2) days in-office, located in San Ramon, CA or Austin, TX. The internship will be from June 16—August 15, 2025.

What we are looking for:

Experience designing product UI with one or more of the following software: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. A portfolio with at least two (2) projects you’ve independently driven. A strong communicator, both written and when presenting. An open, curious mind looking to be challenged.

Requirements:

Current Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent UX program. Must be in-office at least 2 days per week. Located in the San Ramon, CA or Austin, TX area. 60-90 days preferred (10 business weeks). Interviewed by our team.

In your first 30 days:

Meet your summer mentor Become familiar with the various tools of a modern product design team Accompany team members on various team project meetings, contributing where possible Start your personal summer project

By the end of your internship you will have:

Successfully presented work with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders Assisted multiple team members on projects Demonstrated the ability to work efficiently in a remote-first, world-wide product design team Completed your summer project
