5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Project management, Agile, Jira proficiency required Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives Is data driven and analytical, while also being a creative thinker Constantly pushes boundaries of “what could be” to drive innovation Always focuses on the big picture, considering impacts outside their given initiativesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
