As a Product Delivery Manager in CTO Office within Identity & Access Management team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way

Job responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of privileged access management solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and meet compliance standards. Engage in Product Discovery with global stakeholders, including IT, security, and business units, to understand and fulfill their privileged access requirements. Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's technology stacks for managing both human and non-human identity access. Lead the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the security and efficiency of privileged access management. Identify and address issues related to privileged access management by applying problem-solving skills and a curious mindset. Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies in identity and access management to continually enhance our processes and solutions 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on Product delivery and 5+ years applied experience Hands on working across a variety of technology stacks and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, curious approach to addressing challenges. Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies  

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Understanding of privileged access management principles and technologies. Familiar working in a global, cross-functional environment is highly desirable
