The Product Delivery Team sits at the heart of our customer success story. We're the bridge between innovative product development and real-world client implementation. As we continue to welcome new customers to the Kyriba family, your contribution will be instrumental in in collaborating across departments to deliver cohesive solutions and contributing to our reputation for excellence.
 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Manage expectations and communicate project status, risk and issues to cross-team stakeholders

Service as the primary contact for the Product owners to the customer facing teams

Escalate critical issues to appropriate management levels
Can participate to customers calls on occasion
Facilitate decision-making processes among stakeholders
Manage projects with top-down with the customer perspective in mind.

Follow and evangelize established protocols while identifying opportunities for improvement

Education, Experience & Skills:

Preferred Bachelor’s degree or a related field/relevant experience.

5+ years of experience with specific project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

8+ years of experience in Project management.

Active listening skills to fully understand the customers facing teams

Exceptional ability to build positive and long-term relationships

Excellent presentation and written communication skills

Resilient and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments

Exceptional time management and prioritization skills

Base compensation for this role is: $152,700.00 - $193,200.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
