As a Product Delivery and Analytics Solutions Vice President in Client Account Services (CAS) Change & Strategy, part of the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will uphold the highest standards of reporting accuracy, completeness, and transparency, which is critical to CAS. Your role will be pivotal in providing insight through operational, performance, and risk reporting that is materially accurate, complete, and timely for operations teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. You will be tasked with developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as maintaining documentation on standard operating procedures, governance and change control procedures. Collaborating closely with business owners, other products, and cross-functional teams, including developers, design/architecture, and data owners, you will ensure successful product delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the development and management of reporting services Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product and reporting requirements Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights to create reports or provide recommendations Collaborate with Controls, Risk, Compliance, and Business Owners to understand data requirements, ensure data quality, and support strategic decision and delivery of reporting demands Serve as a reporting subject matter expert for utilities such as party and accounts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar role Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles Excellent communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills Experienced data solutions and technology tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, AWS Lead and manage projects Ability to adjust and be flexible to change by adapting approach when necessary
