The **Product Data Scientist I** role supports internal stakeholders by maintaining Technology’s product information sheet document repository, editing, and publishing documents to the world wide web as requested by the business, while maintaining a global standard for taxonomy and nomenclature. This person will also be responsible for keeping the global pi sheet portal site current with imaging and product data for the Americas, working with regional contacts to ensure consistency and availability of the documents. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Responsible for entering product content in our Product Content Management (PCM) system. + Act as Americas product data support for product information sheets, keeping the document repository in SpringCM current. This includes editing word documents and publishing them to the world wide web for customer access. + Perform document control, ensuring that system taxonomies and nomenclatures are followed for Americas product information sheets and OEM approval letters. + Manage and maintain content in the global pi sheet portal for Americas, ensuring all products have current metadata, images, and documents available for our customers. + Enter technical content into our Product Content Management (PCM) system. This requires interacting with the PCM & Technical teams to acquire the needed information for each product and entering the data in the system. + Monitors the PI Sheet Admin group mailbox responding to inquiries from customers regarding issues accessing our digital assets.
