In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging and informative content that enhances user experience and educates our users. Your core responsibilities will include UX writing and user education, ensuring our products are intuitive and our users are well-informed. You will be part of a centralized group of content writers who support multiple teams and applications within Sage. The Sage Network platform is the first of its kind in accounting software. Most financial teams are stuck in a world of manual emails, phone calls, PDFs, and hand entries. Key Responsibilities: What you'll do as a Product Content Writer at Sage Network: • UX Writing: Craft clear, concise, and engaging content for user interfaces, including microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, and design systems library for multiple applications and experiences. Ensure consistency in tone and voice across all product touchpoints. • User Education: Develop comprehensive user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other educational materials to help users understand and effectively use our products. Create content that simplifies complex concepts and enhances user knowledge. • Optimizing Content for User Adoption and Engagement: Create content that addresses user pain points, highlights key product features, and utilizes user feedback and reviews to optimize user adoption and engagement. • Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, UX research, and developers to ensure that the content aligns with the product-led growth strategy and supports the overall product roadmap. Review and present to key stakeholders and senior leaders across the business. • Content Management: Organize and manage content repositories, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and easily retrievable. Collaborate to maintain best practices with product content and design colleagues that ensures ARIA-enablement and localization. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and user education. Continuously seek opportunities to improve content quality and effectiveness. What you'll bring to this role: • A genuine passion for creating delightful user experiences and a collaborative spirit. • 2-5 years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field at a B2B product- based company. • Expertise in crafting user-centric content and simplifying complex concepts. • Proficiency in content management tools and platforms. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
