Product Consultant - Technical


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Temenos Payments Hub and Triple A Plus along with a strong background in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the payments domain to drive impactful solutions for our clients. The position operates on a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Temenos Payments Hub solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the integration of Triple A Plus within client systems to ensure seamless operations.Provide expert guidance on Cards and Payments domain to optimize client processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to tailor solutions that drive business value.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all payment solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions.Train client teams on the use and maintenance of implemented systems.Monitor the performance of payment systems and provide ongoing support.Identify opportunities for system enhancements and drive continuous improvement.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and feedback.Provide technical support during the testing and deployment phases.Ensure timely delivery of projects within the agreed scope and budget.

Qualifications

Possess in-depth knowledge of Temenos Payments Hub and Triple A Plus.Demonstrate strong expertise in the Cards and Payments domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in system integration and implementation.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Maintain a client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude.Have experience in training and supporting client teams.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
