We are currently recruiting for a Product Consultant – Cards (Arabic Speaker) to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Purpose-

As a Product Consultant you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of card products to individual customers individual customers. You will provide expert advice on card features, benefits, rewards programs and financial solutions, aiming to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience.

Responsibility-

Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying sales opportunities and closing deals as per the agreed KPIs. Qualify and identify potential leads through various channels Present and recommend Card products and services to a diverse range of clients, tailoring your approach to individual needs and goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement strategies. Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all application submissions. Time keeping and punctuality. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of card applications and timely delivery of services to customers. Skills

Minimum 3+ years of Direct sales experience in UAE selling Premium cards.  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry or selling credit card products. Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of financial products, credit card industry regulations and customer relationship management. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and senior leadership.
