Product Associate, Pay Chase
Pay Chase team facilitates the payment functionality for chase customers who make payments to their loan accounts digitally via Chase.com or mobile app. Pay Chase product supports payments for various lending products such as Credit card, Auto Loan, Auto Lease,  Home Mortgage, Home Equity, HELOC (Home Line of Credit) Business Loan, Security Based Lending, Personal Loan, Payin4. Pay Chase enables customers to seamlessly set-up one-time or automatic payments using either their internal Chase DDAs or External bank accounts, or view their Payment Activity and they can also edit  (product dependent) and Cancel payments.   As a Product Associate within the Pay Chase team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings.   Job responsibilities Support the development of our product strategy and roadmap Collect and analyze metrics on product performance to inform decision-making Contribute to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals  Participate in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches Collaborate with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Knowledge of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
