Job DescriptionAs a Product Associate in the Digital Solutions team within the India and South Asia Products & Solutions vertical, your role will span the gamut of product management starting with evaluation of market-product opportunities, defining product requirements, working with development teams to help deliver products/enhancements, manage roadmap as well as support commercialization of Visa’s digital solutions deployed in the India and South Asia region.
You'll work with colleagues from different functions from Engineering, user experience design, sales, client support, Risk, Legal, consulting, to name just a few. To be successful, you must maintain a high level of coordination and collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholder teams globally.
We are looking for someone who is a product person at heart! You're comfortable working on several activities simultaneously, willing to take on tasks as needed, be a proven self-starter, and have an interest in product development. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed. You will be responsible for helping guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
Define and execute product objectives supporting the creation of an actionable product roadmap, and the delivery of product strategy, factoring in ROI, market research and stakeholder inputs.Gather and synthesize digital product requirements from multiple stakeholders – internal product teams, engineers, user experience designers, sales, business operations, consulting, customer support, etc.Collaborate with engineering to deliver product features in an agile environment.Collaborate with sales/account executives to develop and execute a deployment plan of these product features at clients, will require client interactions.Build world-class, inspiring technology showcase assets that excite customers and drive awareness of Visa's digital products in the marketParticipate in managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.Provide support to onboarding and integration support of new merchants, issuers from a product standpoint.Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in product management. Payments experience a plus.
• Knowledge & experience of Agile is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and written skills to influence and instill confidence with stakeholders at all levels and in all functions/geographies.
• Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
