What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

2- or 4-year College degree, or relevant, equivalent experience.

1-3 years’ experience in inventory management and product flow or equivalent relevant experience.

Ability to work irregular hours and extended shift if necessary

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Ability to operate UTVs and proper maneuvering of trailering equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

2-5 years’ experience in the field of quality and hygiene.

2+ years previous experience in QF&S or manufacturing or related technical field.

Capable of operating and maintaining coating/manufacturing equipment.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Manage the reception, storage and tracking of all supplies, raw materials and products in the warehouse.

Produce Diets for Specific Protocols in support of Royal Canin research programs AND for North America Supply to qualify new plants and raw material vendors.

Order, Track and Report all Diet Analytical Testing for required products.

Manage all Quality processes for the warehouse, and coating lab including raw material and product traceability, equipment and room sanitation.

Responsible for generating all documents and maintaining all records according to the Mars Quality Management Program and HACCP Standards.

Manage the transport of all test diets and supplies to appropriate buildings on site by working directly with the Activity Manager to ensure seamless deliver on time.

Manage diet relabeling, re-bagging and shipping for external research support.

Manage the shipping of biological samples to support both internal and external research projects.

Manage all internal and external contractors, supporting warehouse operations, coating and campus equipment calibrations.
