Product Analyst

Thomson Reuters® CoCounsel Drafting is a generative AI powered solution for legal professionals that streamlines and enhances the process of drafting and reviewing legal documents. We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the product management team with release and launch activities, report on product performance, and conduct research to inform product strategy.


About the Role

In this opportunity as Product Analyst, you will:  

Assist product managers in coordinating release and launch plans with engineering, quality assurance, technical documentation, technical support, training, marketing and sales.Collaborate closely with the cross-functional team to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.Research, analyse and report on products for marketing and sales information, new product development, product documentation and competitive analysis.Collaborate with our customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.Participate in customer meetings and user groups to gather feedback and insights.


About You

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science (or equivalent experience) preferred.
