Product Analyst

About the role

The Product Analyst will be responsible for the replenishment of the local POS, being updated on each POS’s sales trend, and maintain a healthy inventory level. The Senior Product Analyst will report directly to the Fragrance & Beauty (FBP) Forecast & Inventory Manager.

SUPPLY-CHAIN FROM THAILAND WAREHOUSE TO COUNTERS (LOCAL MARKET)

1. Monthly Replenishment of Existing Products/SPMs

Forecast monthly Replenishment

Monitor and manage healthy level of counter stock with right product assortment with right quantity at the right time.

Monitor OOS items and stock reallocation from other POS

Keep track of unfulfillment rates at POS to ensure minimum sales loss

Working closely with Retail & Marketing team to ensure that the stock replenishment will be aligned with business direction.

Coordinate the ordering with retailers and DC team for product delivery

Replenishment of all pending orders:-

Update on monthly basis the Replenishment including new products, Regular products, SPM and EOL.

Ensure immediate and timely update to sales and marketing team of key movements on product delivery, Replenishment issues and Total Sell-in of FBP Thailand.

Sample allocation to all counters.

2. Monthly Counter Ordering of New Products & SPMs:

Complete new product registration with Trade Partners system

Order new product in advance, M-1, to ensure the product’s readiness before OCD oractivity date.

Vigorously follow-up shipment status and ensure timely delivery of orders.

3. Testers and Sample Usage Monthly Tracking

Monitor OS tester usage to make sure it’s aligned with the forecast

4. Managing Counter Stock Level

Preparation of stocks RO report to all counters.·

Minimized discontinued / obsolete stock level and reach targeted level at counter and inwarehouse through stock returned.

Help managing non-moving stocks of Central by working with Retail team and POS to pushsell and do stock returned.

5. Working with marketing/ Product manager on new forecast of assigned products.

Tracking Stock report and new product performance, new products forecast review

Creation of product new codes into the system.

What you will bring

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field·

Experience of at least 3 years in product analyst or demand planning/forecasting role from retail, beauty products or consumer goods

Have good business sense. Highly analytical while paying great attention to detail and accuracy

Numerical skills: ease with numbers making control and analysis of numerical data effective

Strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation in both English and Thai

Advanced Excel skill

Mature and responsible, demonstrating open mindedness, ability to listen, high sense of curiosity to understand trends and needs, with good interpersonal skills
