Product Analyst, Stevia Product Portfolio, Sugar Reduction

Ingredion is hiring a detail-oriented Product Analyst, Stevia Product Portfolio, Sugar Reduction, to work with members of the Global & Geography Healthful Solutions & Sugar Reduction teams. The Product Analyst will be responsible for aligning internal capabilities with customer and market needs through a deep understanding of the portfolio. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, R&D, and finance to support the growth and profitability of our PureCircle business.

As the Product Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:

Product Lifecycle Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of product performance metrics such as sales, profitability, customer feedback and partner with supply chain, operations, and technical teams to provide actionable recommendations for improvements, specification changes, or potential discontinuations.

Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structure for products to ensure alignment between the finance and operations teams.

Innovation and NPD: Inform accurate business case modeling for NPD projects, identify efficiencies or cost reductions in current product processes.

Championing PureCircle product portfolio strategic initiatives.

Identifying and analyzing new business opportunities for the PureCircle business to drive Ingredion’s growth and innovation strategy.

Supporting global business development and customer activities as needed.

Preparing and delivering presentations to PureCircle leadership.

​Qualified candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business field.

3+ years of increasing responsibility and impact in the areas of finance, business analysis, product management, data analysis.

Possess very strong analytical and financial skills.

Ability to manage matrix organizations to achieve business objectives.

Strong project management and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).
