Product Analyst, Professional (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Position Overview:

The Investor Reporting team is looking for a Product Analyst, Professional starting immediately. Analyst will work on multiple areas within Servicing.  We are looking for a versatile product analyst who is energetic, brings fresh and creative perspective with constant collaboration and out of box thinking.  Analyst will also help incorporate agile best practices.  Need positive growing mind set in supporting agile and iterative product's delivery. Looking for someone who is quick learner, independent, flexible and utilizes technology with customer centric mind set.

Our Impact:

Our parent organization provides product delivery support for Freddie Mac Single-Family line of business. Specifically, we support the Reimagine Servicing program to re-imagine platform, processes from customer experience perspective.  Our team for Reimagine Servicing collaborates with partners and clients to understand the customer needs, prioritize and scope releases, design quality solutions.

Your Impact:Help prioritize and plan the upcoming sprints.Work with product owner and business stakeholders for scope & plan changes.Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with stakeholders and document user-stories with clear acceptance criteria.Partner with your Development Lead and Architects to find innovative solutions.Work with teammates to clarify the requirements and scope and test developed solutions to ensure the accurate business outcome.Work with other interface teams including the data model, architecture, support teams and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the Investor Reporting

Qualifications:2+ years of related experienceCollege degree or work equivalent experience.SQL query knowledgeExperience with Mainframe technology is desired.Experience in business, system, data analysis is preferred.Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred.Agile development experience is preferred.Experience with JIRA, Microsoft technologies is a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
