Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (8 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift (10 AM - 7 PM)
Pay Rate: $17.71 - $22.14 per hour

About the Role:
As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards in the aerospace industry. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients by supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) Department in verifying customer orders and ensuring compliance with procedures, FAA regulations, and customer-specific requirements. You'll be responsible for inspecting parts, determining FAA approval types, completing essential documentation, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of each order. Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough inspections of customer orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (FAA, CAA, etc.). Determine FAA approval types and part applications for each product. Complete 8130-3 and ATA 106 documentation accurately and on time. Route work as per weight requirements and re-direct when necessary. Verify parts against certifications and reports and ensure proper documentation flow. Input data into SAP and manage material scanning in and out of the QA department. Collaborate with QA Leadership on various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of SAP experience. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in Quality Acceptance (mechanical, technical, warehouse, etc.) is preferred. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.   
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAA, CAA, etc.) is a plus.

Pay Details: $17.71 to $22.14 per hour
